1. If you're willing to pay the price, and need to be close to Lincoln Center, then it is acceptable.

4. I stayed at this hotel with my fiance just before New Year's because of an accepted bid on Priceline and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

6. This was an old building reonovated many years ago and sometimes you have to accept that you will find small rooms.

7. I'm fairly well-traveled, and at any hotel you expect a certain level of noise from the hallway, others guests, street noise, sirens, etc (especially in NYC) - but this was way beyond acceptable.
