1. The price per night was very reasonable - a lot cheaper than hotels around the Times Square/particularly touristy area.

5. It was nearly impossible to find a reasonable priced hotel room in NY easter week so we decided to give Hotel 17 a try, they had one room left.

6. Staying in a place with this kind of a location is worth a crazy amount of money, and when you take the very reasonable price of Hotel 17 into account, it's a bargain.

8. I only had 1 problem with the A/C in my room, for some reason it didnt turn on when I came back to my room at night, but I called the front desk and within 5 minutes a staff member came and it was just disconnected.
