1. If you plan to spend minimal time in your room and don't care about luxuries or getting a large room (I had a single) , this hotel will be perfect for you.

2. Having seen both sides, for both buisness and pleasure, for my needs, basically a place to sleep for a night instead of commuting home after a late dinner, it was perfect.

7. If you like walking, you can walk all over Manhattan from this area, I walked all the way down to the Financial district and also up to the Central Park, both are maybe less than an hour, perfect.
