7. We noticed how very clean and intelligently utilitarian the room was (nice lighted clock, hair dryer, good shampoos), a little like the Yotel we have stayed at in Heathrow.

8. 4 blocks from the subway and a Union square, but far enough away from the business to make you feel like your living in New York.

9. There are not too many places like that in New York, and that list just got cut down by 1 when the Hotel Chelsea recently closed it's doors to the public.

10. It was very unpleasant and giving me a sore throat, but we were so tired we just opened the window and got extra blankets from the staff (who brought them up right away--like I said, very helpful.
