Staying here we got to experience what it's
like
to be a New Yorker, rather than just another Manhattan tourist.

The rooms kind of feel
like
small apartments, and are actually quite nice so long as you are not looking for luxury.

like
sandpaper, and there are huge radiators in these closet-sized rooms, so it's

being in an oven.

4 blocks from the subway and a Union square, but far enough away from the business to make you feel
like
your living in New York.

There are not too many places
like
that in New York, and that list just got cut down by 1 when the Hotel Chelsea recently closed it's doors to the public.
