* as it is a charming, clean, safe, and inexpensive way for one to be a part of NYC.

The price ($121 per night all inclusive, or about 40 bucks a person) is
excellent
for a lodging this well located and fundamentally sound in expensive New York City (twenty five minute walk to theatre district, Trader Joe around four minute walk).
