2. I'm not sure that I would stay there again but the hotel is safe, clean and really well situated and if you are not spending any time in your room except sleeping then it's a great deal for NYC.

3. We have almost nothing but good things to say about this wonderful little European style hotel, except for the air-conditioning being noisy-- so we switched it to fan only and it kept the room quiet enough and cool enough for sleeping.

We asked for a twin non-smoking room and that`s what we got, at the back of the building high up so we had space for our four suitcases and did not get interrupted by any traffic/late night drunken noise whatsover (except for the occasional siren but where in NY will you not hear that?)Great place to stay and reasonable for New York.
