1. The staff were a bit hit and miss, one one really great and helpful and the other was rude and obnoxious, which is the only reason Im not giving this 5 stars.

2. The staff were very helpful, pointing us to a cheap dry cleaners down the road with one-day service, and the place itself was very safe (the location is extremely safe, so we never felt in any danger even when returning to the hotel at 5am on New Year's Day.

Our organization tried to book a 3 night stay for a guest presenter, and here is what happened:*I called to make the reservation and was told to hang up and do it online*I called back to see the possibility of an early check in and was given no help whatsoever*I called back to extend the stay a day early JUST so our guests could have a comfortable nights rest after taking the red-eye from LA to NYC.

10. It was very unpleasant and giving me a sore throat, but we were so tired we just opened the window and got extra blankets from the staff (who brought them up right away--like I said, very helpful.
