1. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area as well as it is just a short walk to Rockefeller Center, Times Square, The Theatre District, Grand Central, Central Park and the MOMA Museum.

9. The bar upstairs (with the roof terrace on warm evenings) is a very convivial spot and the midtown location is really a business district (which is why I was there) but also has plenty of casual dining spots nearby.
