5. The Hotel was in a nicer, quieter (if there is such a thing in NYC) part of the city, the staff were always friendly and helpful especially the door staff who always went out of their way to make you happy.

7. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and there were 3 or 4 pillows for each side of the kingsized bed in our room, so my wife was very happy.

10. My best friend and I spent 4 nights at the Kimberly (May 13-16) while on a 'girls trip' and were very happy with our accomodations.
