I was travelling with my best friend, we were in New York for a girly break and shopping trip, we checked into the hotel 28th nov 2010, whn we checked in we were told we had been upgraded to a suite on the 23rd floor free of charge, the room was excellent, it had a balcony wiv a gr8 view of the chrysler building the bathroom was amazin with a jucuzzi bath and tv and again and amzing view,we were delighted, the staff were very friendly and helpfull throughout, on the last day there was aterrible rain storm and myself and my friend were soaked through and we had already had checked out the room, the kind staff were very accomodating and gave us an area to organise ourselves and a hairdryer to dry off and generally looked after us very well when they didnt need to, overall i would definately recomend the kimberly i have been to new york many times but this was the best experience i have had.
