1. LOTS of street noise--trash trucks and other hubub from midnight to two.

2. If city noises bother you, I would suggest requesting a higher floor (there are 30 floors) and perhaps one not facing the street.

3. We stayed on a low floor (3rd) on purpose and you did hear some city noises, especially garbage trucks in the morning.

4. Having said that, the alternative was a tall office block opposite the front of the building with the addition of street noise and honking taxis, so I settled for this as it gave me a good night's sleep.

5. Our room was on the 21st floor with a view of rooftops and below us was an alley - which actually made the room more quiet being away from the street noise.

7. I noticed earplugs in the bathroom for guests, so maybe the management is aware of the noise issues.
