6. Location is perfect on East 50th Street between Lexington and 3rd, and be sure to visit the penthouse bar for excellent cocktails, and small tapas plates of food (quite a welcome relief from the usual huge portion sizes.

8. There seemed to be some disorganisation of the room making up service but the rest of the service was excellent with a special mention to the doormen who were so friendly.
