1. Dont get me wrong, the location is superb and the view on the WTC construction site priceless, but it comes at a price that there is no way of thinking of having a good night sleep, specially if you get one of the front facing rooms.

8. Yes their was some noise but this was more than offset by the wonderful views over the Hudson River and the superb sunsets.
