1. Last time we were there we were welcomed like old friends (and valued Hilton Honors members -- we are regular Hilton customers worldwide) and were given great accommodations and exceptional service.

6. Everything was okay, no complaints except my usual (for hotels in this price range) regarding no free wi-fi, but nothing was special, not he rooms, not the food, not the staff that barely seemed to notice you unless you were standing in front of them.

8. Arrival was immediatly a shock = no help for the luggage, no the usual welcome when arriving to a Hilton, nothing except = no way for a twin, your reservation is for a king size bed .
