3. Pauls Church (where they have an awesome 9/11 display - must see) and close to Trinity Church (very old church, cool old cemetary and National Treasure's secret 'Heere at the Wall').

4. If you are traveling for business to lower Manhattan/Wall Street, the location is awesome and close to all the main office buildings.

5. Easy access to South Street Seaport, Brooklyn, Times Square and theater district, Ellis Island, TriBeCa, Penn Station, and 9/11 memorial is right across the street, also Century 21, awesome shopping, is right next door.

7. It was located one block from where I needed to be, and my room overlooked WTC, so the view was pretty awesome.

8. First of all the positives: great location in downtown manhattan, awesome concierge service, stylish lobby bar, decent room size and a great set of staff (bellboys/porters were the best for help with luggage and knowledge of the area).
