This hotel is the best ive ever stayed in, the views of ground zero are that stunning we had the curtains open all the time, the room was on the small side but more than big enough, the bed was sooooo comfortable especially after a long day shopping :) the staff couldnt do enough for you and will help you locate directions or cabs etc.
