1. There is simply no better place in the Financial District than this place to get the best views of the new WTC plaza, memorial and transportation hub, pay less than at Times Square (upwards of $100 less per night) and get great service all the while.

2. It is right across the road from the new wtc site, so there is a lot of construction going on there at the moment, but this didn't bother us, in fact our room overlooked the work site and we found it quite interesting watching them.

8. Our room was on the 28th floor (incredibly fast lift) giving outstanding views on the new WTC's build although there was work 24/7 the noise pollution from the construction work was minimal and almost in audible most of the time.
