1. Check in and check out were fast.

2. Our room was on the 28th floor (incredibly fast lift) giving outstanding views on the new WTC's build although there was work 24/7 the noise pollution from the construction work was minimal and almost in audible most of the time.

9. Stayed here on a Friday night (11/18/11) and everything was great - quick check-in/out, fast elevators to the 40th floor, clean and spacious room, amazing view of the 9/11 memorial, comfortable bed.
