1. The staff were always professional, though I did feel a few times the service standard wasn't quite as attentive or experienced as what I am used to experiencing at Hilton hotels, which was a surprise in NYC.

3. The bellman and front desk clerks were professional and attentive, however that can not be said about the doormen in getting us a taxi both Saturday and Sunday nights.
