I believe that any hotel can train their staff to say '
pleas
e and thank you' and 'enjoy your stay', but how they deal with unexpected situations is the real measure of good service.

We came it late after a long trip in and were very

to find both friendly service and a terrific, well-appointed, room, 32 inch flat screen TV, and a nice desk for the business traveler.
