1. The hotel had been recently renovated so the decor was new and fresh, the lighting in the bathroom was wonderful for putting on makeup, and the large flat screen TV had a large variety of channels.

2. When we arrived in the lobby, we saw a big jug filled with ice, cold water, fresh cut strawberries and cucumbers; what a nice and refreshing way to arrive into a hotel lobby; great first impression (especially after a long drive with kids in tow).

3. Our room included a buffet breakfast which was more than just cold cereal and danishes - it included a nice selection of food, from eggs, sausages, bacon, country potatoes, fresh fruit, yogurt etc.

4. Everyone was so friendly, the rooms are quite large and the fridge in the room was nice to have to that we could store some fresh market produce.

5. When in Seattle you will see an abundance of fresh cut cheap flowers and our conceirge was more than happy to set us up with a lovely vase so we could enjoy the flowers in our room.
