5. I believe that any hotel can train their staff to say 'please and thank you' and 'enjoy your stay', but how they deal with unexpected situations is the real measure of good service.

7. And according to our son, they have THE BEST pancakes :)This is a very good hotel, customer service is excellent and we have recommended this hotel and staff to our family/friends.
