1. These things may seem petty to some, but the hotel is not 'cheap' and I have had better housekeeping experience from far less expensive places before.

2. We complained multiple times, but nothing got better, The only improvement came the 5th day we were at the hotel when we finally got sheets that actually fit the king size bed, Why they don't put the proper size sheets on every day I don't understand.

8. Wanted to take a hot shower but couldn't relax, who wants a hand held shower head with lukewarm water? Again I would stay here again just hope I get a better shower :-).
