8. my partner and i have just left the hotel after staying there for 4 nights,we arrived from london to the hotel and was greated with such a warm welcome,we have been to NYC at least 12 times and have never really had such a warm welcome as jason the recieption man had given us,we asked for a renovated room and he gave us one straight away,he also ask if we had been to NYC before and was going to give us some info on the city, places to eat and popaler places to visit,he said if we needed any thing we were to just ask,we got to our room to be very pleasantly supprised,to room was very modern and we had two big windows with air con and a very big bathroom with all modern touches,a wonderful walk in shower with modern wash basin and toilet, very clean there was so much space, the room itself was really comfatable, with a 36inch tv and modern bed spread with great lighting, and lots of plugs for electrics,it smelled very clean and fresh, and you could open the window with a safety catch,,the lift was always empty we never had to wait, the location was superb,it was so close to everything, right in time square but just a few blocks away from the loud noise so you can come out of the hotel and not feel to overwelmed the all the crouds, just minites from all the dinners site seeing places,as i said before we have stayed in NYC alot of times and this hotel was fanstic,we will be staying the again ,no question about that, there is also a lovely british london manager called vana, who we meet on our last day, wish we had seen her earlier, she also was so lovely and would do any thing to make your stay comfertable, she was very professionable, and seemed to keep the hotel in tip top condition,it was so lovely seeing that.
