1. Our hopes for a better night were not met when the 'superior' rooms' toilet flooded beyond the bathroom, and we were woken numerous times from hourly banging on pipes (faulty heat system???) and horn honking from the street SIX floors below.

3. No huge ammenities but what they had was superior--I would reccomend this for anyone who is in NY because of the location and practibility--absolutley will be back VERY soon.
