5. We were in a smoking room and it was decent size and bed was comfy and air con was a life saver as it was 25c-30c degrees while we were there.

7. ahahah As soon as you go up 1 floor the rooms are very old and depressing + note that the hotel has no facilities: no mini bar, no bar, no restaurant or room service, NOTHING: if you open the booklet that you find in the room they suggest that you order a pizza take away from some nearby place: how sad is this?? Please please please avoid this place - go somewhere else where you can actually relax and enjoy your stay (and a decent shower).

We complained very harshly, but they could not care less, what we got was a 50 usd per night reduction - BUT THE POINT IS: SINCE WE PAID A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY CAN WE AT LEAST HAVE A DECENT SHOWER WHICH IS A SERVICE THAT PRESUMABLY ALL HOTELS EVEN POOR CATEGORY SHOULD PROVIDE???? Please also note that the lobby is very nice and modern and it is actually set between very good japanese restaurant and a cool bar - both of which do not belong to the hotel, you will find out.
