1. Our room was small but clean, comfortable, warm (we visited in winter) with fresh towels etc each day.

2. She had given us a small room with a king size bed which we weren't comfortable in and when I mentioned it to her she quickly offered us a spacious room with 2 beds instead very comfy beds, Which we found perfect for us.

8. I doubt anybody goes to NY to stay in their rooms all day so if your on a budget and want a comfortable stay I would recommend this hotel.
