We complained very harshly, but they could not care less, what we got was a 50 usd per night reduction - BUT THE POINT IS: SINCE WE PAID A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY CAN WE AT LEAST HAVE A DECENT SHOWER WHICH IS A SERVICE THAT PRESUMABLY ALL HOTELS EVEN POOR CATEGORY SHOULD PROVIDE???? Please also note that the lobby is very nice and modern and it is actually set between very good japanese restaurant and a cool bar - both of which do not belong to the hotel, you will find out.

7. Went on a shopping trip to New York with my mum and sisters and after reading mixed reviews on this site about the hotel i wasn't sure what to expect but I knew one thing, we weren't going to spend enough time in the hotel to care too much anyway.

8. But if you don't care about the room, want a great location, and are on a tight budget, and are not claustrophobic you'll be fine.
