1. She had given us a small room with a king size bed which we weren't comfortable in and when I mentioned it to her she quickly offered us a spacious room with 2 beds instead very comfy beds, Which we found perfect for us.

3. We were in a smoking room and it was decent size and bed was comfy and air con was a life saver as it was 25c-30c degrees while we were there.
