1. Not only did they give me a map of the subway but they marked for me the location of the hotel and all of the places I wanted to go, and then explained it all to me and gave me tips and suggestions on planning the most efficient tour.

2. There was City construction happening outside our window all night, but the hotel was not responsible for that and the staff efficiency and helpfulness truly overcame that issue.
