1. I really do not intend to sound so negative but there is nothing positive to say about this place except that the staff is friendly and the beach is a 5 minute walk.

5. There was mold on the shower tiles, the tile floor was original and looked filthy, (perhaps 50 years of ground in dirt just couldn't be cleaned any longer)? The most annoying aspect of the room was that the room above us was using their A/C unit, which was located in the same position as ours.
