7. You will not receive 5 star hotel, but you will receive a very pleasant and helpful staff; a comfy, clean, and bright room; a lovely patio and pool area; easy access to Miami Beach (one block) and the South Beach area (a 10 to 15 minute walk); and a fantastic restaurant onsite.
