However, against these good points must be weighed the horribly noisy air-conditioning, the worlds oldest elevator, dirty carpets on all corridors, bedrooms that were well past their best (although a reasonable size and clean) and a breakfast that consisted only of the cheapest, stickiest danish pastries and pretty basic coffee and orange juice.

Hewitt, but the impression I got has been that his employees like him, not an easy thing to do when watching the interests of those who risk their money, while taking care, the best one can, of ones employees, those who make possible the money to flow into our coffers by means of the service to our clients.
