2. Wireless internet was provided by a 3rd party and was a bit pricey for small amounts of the time, although it got cheaper the more time you bought so it wasn't too bad.

3. If you get there early enough you can get a spot in the municipal garages which is way cheaper than other garages.

4. The bus-stop is just down the street and you can buy a parking-ticket for little more than $6 for 24 hours, which is very convenience, you don't need to feed the meter with quarters and it's much cheaper.
