1. Staff was very nice the hotel room key policy (leave your key when you leave the hotel) was by far the strangest thing I remembered.

8. To be fair to the hotel the front of house staff were very nice and very kind to my motherinlaw, the hotel seemed clean apart from this unfortunated incident.

9. This hotel is really nice, the decoration was really good but it is quite far from South Beach and there's nothing around, it was quite difficult to find somewhere to eat.

10. Not much too see or do in the surroundings so a nice walk along the beach southbound is needed for shopping and dining.
