Later the manager of the hotel phoned the room (whilst I was online trying to arrange other accommodation for us all) apologised and halfed the price of the room (I should think so), only after asking if the needle could belong to a member of my party (ie my new husband and extremely distressed motherinlaw) and saying he would have to take my word for that.

4. The bed was realy perfect and the flooring in the whole hotel was new and clean.
