3. It's an older property, so the rooms don't look like something out of Architectural Digest or anything, but they are clean and quiet, and basically get the job done for a fraction of the price of other hotels on the island.

9. I think the standard room is $60/night but it is on the main driveway so we upgraded and were very pleased with the quiet side of the hotel.
