The staff are always super nice and helpful, and told us that the owners had wanted to sell out a couple years ago to have the property turned into condos, but the deal fell through with the bad economy, and that is why the place is minimally maintained--but even so, the workers do their best to keep things clean.

4. In the meantime, speaking only for the room we had and what others we met told us, the rooms are keep VERY clean, the property is safe and secure, and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
