1. Bathroom was clean and cups were always clean when we came back, the beds were firm but not uncomfortable.

The staff are always super nice and helpful, and told us that the owners had wanted to sell out a couple years ago to have the property turned into condos, but the deal fell through with the bad economy, and that is why the place is minimally maintained--but even so, the workers do their best to keep things clean.
