1. The only plus of the hotel is that the rooms are clean and the cleaning staff appear to do a decent job in keeping the carpets clean.

7. older property, older furnishings, but for very affordable rate a night on the ocean, in walking distance to decent shopping and several above average restaurants, great central location for Kauai, good value for your dollar, stayed two nights before we moved to a condo.
