1. It's a great option for those who want to be centrally located, and who don't care about spending their entire time at their hotel.

3. Unreceptive, inconsiderate desk staff, blood on the sheets (no joke), and a wealth of obvious disrepairs ignored make this less of a low-key establishment and more of a 'we're just slacking off on taking care of our environment.

4. Needless to say, I thought who cares we are never in the room and we will not be there often, but when you come that far at least average is better.

6. they should have said 'Hotel management' to avoid just saying 'tsunami alert' (which honestly, i dont care if they said that through the door, id understand why they were knocking on my door instead of ignoring them).

7. I later learned that the hotel is going bankrupt and they just don't care to keep up their facility or provide good customer service.

9. Only drawbacks are that it is not updated (if you care), the roosters/chickens beg form you if you try to eat on the lanai (which is probably true most places in Kauai - just get a 2nd floor room if you want to eat outside), and the bed are great for people with bad backs but are fine if you dont have a back problem.
