1. The staff at the restaurant were not that hospitable or welcoming and seemed irritated that we did not want to have dinner there so were relegated to the bar area instead.

This time however, we noted changes, little things like no 'welcome basket' of snacks on arrival, no free bottled water in the rooms anymore, now they charge $15 a day for self parking - it used to be free, sand in the pool, it always used to be spotless - Im talking tons of sand and even a tissue - ewe.
