This time however, we noted changes, little things like no 'welcome basket' of snacks on arrival, no free bottled water in the rooms anymore, now they charge $15 a day for self parking - it used to be free, sand in the pool, it always used to be spotless - Im talking tons of sand and even a tissue - ewe.

7. Location is wonderful, right on Hapuna beach although I preferred the Mauna Kea beach and liked that I could take the hotel shuttle over.

9. $15 for cold buffet with cereal, pastries, yogurt, fruit etc and $20 for cold buffet plus warm items like eggs, french toast and potatoes.
