1. Worth noting that they were also doing a kids eat free deal, so as long as my husband or I ordered from the menu our son's food from the children's menu was free (at all restaurants and room service)Staff:Everyone here was really great.

7. There is no longer free coffee for the early risers at 5:30am, no turndown service or refill on the ice (unless you call and ask for it).

This time however, we noted changes, little things like no 'welcome basket' of snacks on arrival, no free bottled water in the rooms anymore, now they charge $15 a day for self parking - it used to be free, sand in the pool, it always used to be spotless - Im talking tons of sand and even a tissue - ewe.
