1. The resort is on the north end of a beautiful beach; the state park with a public parking lot is on the south end of the beach and the general public tends to stay near their cars so the area near the hotel is fairly empty.

4. Hotel beach is is huge with powdery whit sand and is next to state park beach but never a problem with general public coming near hotel area, no other hotels anywhere near so beach is very private and relaxing.
