2. and worst of all, just no personal attention or 'aloha' -The breakfast staff , and the bellhops/valets are the exception - they are the warmest most beautiful people I have met in Hawaii, and the breaksfast is they most outstanding & delicious display you'll ever want - its great -But we were sad to see the hotel slipping.

3. ' I'm betting against that happening on the Big Island because the Hapuna Beach Prince mixes so many outstanding qualities: It's a modern building with subtle architectural and design flourishes that you notice more the longer you stay.
