1. The only one drawback I would say in regards to the room was that the decor and furniture were dated, however still very comfy and welcoming.

Melissa is a great general manager, Hannah, Kaitlyn, Lianne, Plinio, Brandy, Heather (all the staff, if i missed anyone im sorry) made us feel welcome as soon as our taxi dropped us off, nothing was too much trouble for them, this is the first hotel i have been able to request a late check out, and got it with no fuss at all.

3. I look forward to my root beer and buffalo wings from the on-site Pizza Hut as my post-flight 'welcome to Orlando' meal :-) I suggest you contact the hotel prior to arriving if you have any concerns and I'm sure they will do their best to address them.

6. The staff are delightfully polite and there is always a smile on their faces, and small 'hello' makes you feel welcome.
