1. STAFF: To be honest we did not have much contact with the staff (the sign of a good hotel) but when we did they were ALL so friendly and helpful giving out advise on where to go and how to ride the iride trolley and just grear general local information.

3. This room only had one small chest of drawers for a family of four ? We stayed the night as we were so tired but again the sheets, towels, pillows, blankets were stained, had holes in and the place generally was in a state of disrepair, with no hot water in the bathroom sink.

Melissa is a great general manager, Hannah, Kaitlyn, Lianne, Plinio, Brandy, Heather (all the staff, if i missed anyone im sorry) made us feel welcome as soon as our taxi dropped us off, nothing was too much trouble for them, this is the first hotel i have been able to request a late check out, and got it with no fuss at all.

7. The hotel is managed by Melissa, the general Manager and her superb team, who we have gradually got to know over the years, the word NO is not in her vocabulary.

And any problems or mishaps or just general assistant you only need to ask and they will do there best there are two out door pools and an indoor pool there is a pizza express on site during the thast few years we have returned to the enclave with many different family and friend who all have enjoyed there stay and have also returned to the hotel it seems that each visit the hotel is changing /improving itself the room are well equipped we had a tv in each bedroom(2) and 1 in the lounge a large fridge freezer a dishwasher two cooking rings and microwave the bedrooms/bathroom have a hairdrier an iron/ironing board bath and a shower (goes with saying ) i would have no problems recommending the enclave and can't wait till we go again.

10. Dont let some bad reviews put you off this hotel, if you are really concerned get in touch with Melissa Glen the general manager and ask for a modern renovated room we did and we had a great hoilday.
