6. The manager, Melissa was wonderful, and came out to ensure we were happy with our room, and even gave us a 2nd mini fridge when I asked for our baby's needs.

7. They are all individually owned suites so the decor and furniture are all individual taste but if your not happy they have no qualms about moving you.

9. Sure, it would be lovely if the entire hotel was renovated to the same standard but it isn't and I'm sure they will bend over backwards to accommodate you if you aren't happy with your initial room.
