1. We were 'upgraded' to a family room in building 2 which was slightly better but the cleanliness left alot to be desired and the room was just shabby.

8. Nice localization and Staff, the apartment is clean and confortable, the only point that can be improved is the cleanliness of the balcony, the chairs and table look dirty.
